MBA taster lecture - Changing Customer Behaviour: Are we becoming more demanding?: Professor Moira Clark, Director of Henley's Centre for Customer Management will be sharing with you some of the research findings the Centre has discovered over the years and some of the challenges organisations today face with customer engagement.

Careers: Sarah Leach from Henley Careers will explain how our award winning careers team will work with you on your professional skill development and take you through some of the tools and techniques they use to help you better understand yourself and your strengths.

Programme updates and MBA Alumni Members Q&A: The recruitment team will take you through the details of the different study options, to help you decide on your best option. You will also have the chance to meet with Alumni members and ask them about their Henley MBA experience.

Lunch will be served in the Heyworth Dining Room, overlooking the River, where you will be able to carry on your discussion and reflect on the learning from the day so far.

Campus Tour Finally there is a chance to look around our beautiful campus, and learn a little of its unique history.
