Description
This one-day session will introduce you to a powerful planning tool used by the British military – the 7 Questions. Designed for leaders navigating change, it focuses on the often-overlooked skill of command – the ability to analyse, decide and create clear, actionable plans under pressure. Led by ex-army officers with real-world leadership experience, the day blends briefings, breakout exercises and practical tools that will help you create and communicate strategy more effectively. It’s a distinctive, energising alternative to traditional leadership training, bringing military clarity to complex organisational change.
