LeadChange are innovative providers of leadership, team and individual development. We create powerful learning programmes, with horses at the heart, which take people out of their comfort zone and challenge them to think differently. Through experiential learning sessions with horses, our clients are guided by our team of psychologists to explore their leadership presence and emotional responses.

Working with the horses you will develop:

• personal and team leadership
• emotional awareness and choice
• impact and presence
• confidence and self-belief
• empathy and perspective taking

This unique session will help participants to:

• increase their awareness of the impact they have on others, or not
• face challenges from within or from outside their team, and to establish a stronger leadership presence
• become more focused and get the best out of themselves

Rosalie is a chartered psychologist, has a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and holds qualifications in a range of psychometric assessments and coaching techniques. She has built a reputation for delivering high-quality leadership development programmes and uses a blend of psychology, current leadership thinking, neuroscience and commercial knowledge to deliver high impact, experiential learning.
