Description

In today’s rapidly evolving world of work, marked by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, the need for visionary leadership has never been greater. To prepare leaders for the challenges of the next decade, we must equip them with the tools and insights to navigate transformation effectively.

This dynamic and interactive session explores the foundational principles of neuroscience, offering a deeper understanding of how the brain influences communication, change and transformation. By recognising that the brain is naturally wired to resist change, you will gain a powerful perspective to rethink your approach to projects, professional development and relationships. This insight paves the way for meaningful growth, enhanced collaboration and sustainable success. We will connect this initial learning to the related themes of psychological safety and the importance of a growth mindset to create practical and effective takeaways that are easy to apply.

Learning Outcomes

This event will help you:

  • understand how the brain naturally resists change and discover practical tools to lead people through uncertainty with confidence and clarity
  • understand the principles of a growth mindset – learn how to embrace challenges, persist through setbacks and model a culture of continuous learning and innovation
  • define what psychological safety is and why it is a necessary requirement for people leaders in 2026
  • connect the topics of change, growth mindset and psychological safety, each building on the previous, creating a ‘DNA strand’ or ‘triple helix’ to enable the learning outcomes

Who is this for?

Leaders who recognise the need for specific skills to support themselves and their teams in these disruptive times.
