Henley Regatta Picnic 2026

Held within the beautiful grounds of our Greenlands campus, this event offers the perfect setting to reconnect with fellow alumni, relax by the River Thames, and enjoy a day of celebration with friends and family.

Highlights of the day include:

• Family-friendly games and activities
• Scenic boat rides along the Thames (pre-booking required)
• Live musical performances
• A choice of a delicious BBQ or Fish & Chips lunch prepared by Greenlands
• Traditional afternoon teas (pre-booking required)
• Ice cream truck (cash only - we apologise for any inconvenience)
• Fully stocked bar

Booking
Tickets go on sale Thursday 05 January 2026 at 10:00.

Timings

Please note, if you are booking tickets for the boat ride and afternoon tea, you will need to allow enough time between both to attend each sitting. For example, you cannot book the 14:15 boat ride and 15:00 afternoon tea slot, as both sittings overlap.

BBQ + Fish & Chips:

• 12:00 - 14:30

Boat Rides (subject to availability):

• 12:00 - 13:00
• 14:15 - 15:15
• 16:15 - 17:15

Afternoon Tea (subject to availability):

• 15:00 - 16:00
• 16:15 - 17:15

Parking
There is parking in the field on site, however should you require disabled access parking please contact alumni@henley.ac.uk and we will reserve a space for you at the front of the building.

Pets
Please note only trained assistance animals are allowed on site.

Weather
We hope for an exceedingly sunny British summer day, however please plan for wet weather.
