Henley Regatta Picnic 2026

We’re thrilled to announce that tickets are on sale for our Henley Regatta Picnic on Saturday 04 July!

This event is a wonderful opportunity to unwind by the River Thames, catch up with fellow alumni, and spend a memorable day with friends and family at our stunning Greenlands campus.

Highlights of the day include:

• Family-friendly games and activities
• Scenic boat rides along the Thames (pre-booking required)
• Traditional afternoon teas (pre-booking required)
• Live musical performances
• A choice of a delicious BBQ, Fish & Chips and NEW for 2026 - Paella lunch prepared by our Greenlands chefs
• Ice cream van (cash only - we apologise for any inconvenience)
• Fully stocked bar

To secure your space, click the 'Book now' tab at the top of this page or simply click here. Please note that for a Boat Ride or Afternoon Tea ticket to be valid, guests must also hold an entry ticket.

All bookings will close at 23:59 on Wednesday 01 July 2026.

Pricing

• Adult entry - £15.00
• Child entry (under 16) - Free
• Staff entry - £10.00
• Adult boat ride - £21.00
• Child boat ride (aged 2-16 years) - £13.00
• Child boat ride (under 2 years) - Free
• Adult afternoon tea - £18.95
• Child afternoon tea (aged 10 and over) - £18.95

Timings
Please note that boat ride and afternoon tea bookings cannot be scheduled within one hour of each other, as the sittings overlap and we are unable to accommodate adjusted timings. For example, the 14:15 boat ride and the 15:00 afternoon tea slot cannot be booked together.

Food Pre-Orders
Bookings for food pre-orders are now closed.

Parking
There is parking in the field on site, however should you require disabled access parking, please contact alumni@henley.ac.uk and we will reserve a space for you at the front of the building.

Pets
Please note only trained assistance animals are allowed on site.

Weather
We are hoping for a sunny day at Greenlands; however, contingency plans are in place in case of wet weather. Any updates will be communicated on the day.

Dress Code
The dress code for the day is informal - please come dressed for a relaxed day with family, friends, and fellow alumni by the River Thames.
