Henley Regatta Picnic 2026

On Saturday 4 July, Henley Business School welcomed alumni, staff, families and friends to our Greenlands campus for the annual Henley Regatta Picnic. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the River Thames, the event provided an opportunity for the Henley community to come together and enjoy a relaxed summer day.

Guests enjoyed a variety of activities throughout the day, including family-friendly games, children's entertainment from Bertie Slippers, live musical performances from the Marlow Town Band and the Will McCrea Trio Band, scenic boat rides along the Thames, and traditional afternoon teas - giving attendees the chance to enjoy a quintessentially British summer tradition in a picturesque setting.

The picnic atmosphere was complemented by a selection of food and refreshments, with Greenlands' chefs serving BBQ favourites, fish and chips, and, for the first time, paella, which proved a welcome addition to the menu.

Beyond providing a memorable social occasion, the Henley Regatta Picnic also supported the Henley Business School Alumni Fund. Proceeds from the event contribute towards areas of greatest need within the School, including financial support for students, helping to strengthen the Henley community for future generations.

The Alumni and Greenlands Team would like to thank everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success. We look forward to welcoming alumni and their guests back to Greenlands for future events and celebrations.
