Description
What does it take to thrive as an internal coach, not just survive the system? In this interactive webinar, Derek Hill shares practical insights from his time as executive coach and leader coach mentor at HSBC, where he supported senior leaders and helped embed a coaching culture across the organisation.
Together, we’ll explore the realities, rewards and risks of coaching within the system. From navigating organisational politics to contracting with clarity, from maintaining your edge through CPD to protecting your practice through supervision. This is where coaching meets corporate context.
Whether you're considering a move into internal coaching or working externally with clients embedded in complex organisations, this session will offer grounded insight and practical advice. Expect real stories, useful questions and an honest exploration of what works and what doesn’t, including how to find or create opportunities in this space.
