In this session, Dr. Mona Ashok, Associate Professor of Digital Transformation at Henley Business School, will discuss the role of AI in operations management in various sectors, how it benefits the operation team during these challenging times, and how organisations can upscale their employees' skillsets to manage and make the most of this technology. As a senior manager and leader, you will definitely want to be in the know about driving work efficiency with AI.
Dr. Mona Ashok is Associate Professor of Digital Transformation at Henley Business School. She has extensive industry experience, having worked for global IT and BPO organisations, an Accounting firm, and a Business School, covering a wide spectrum of customers. Her professional and academic projects cover topics such as: process improvement, programme management, research methodology, accounting, financial, functional, managerial and consulting. Mona has lived and worked in India, UK and the USA.
She also holds Certified Software Quality Assurance (2002), is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (2002), is trained in Change Acceleration Process (CAP) methods, as well as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
