A focused, research-informed one-day masterclass for coaches and coaching supervisors, exploring how we make sense of duty of care and how we enact it in our roles as practitioners.
Description
A focused, research-informed one-day masterclass for coaches and coaching supervisors, exploring how we make sense of duty of care and how we enact it in our roles as practitioners. Through a blend of evidence, reflection, case study exploration, and practical application, you’ll deepen your understanding of ethical responsibilities, develop clearer strategies for navigating boundaries and ethical dilemmas, and build greater confidence in working with complexity and grey areas. Join us to strengthen and elevate your ethical practice.
This one day masterclass is aimed at practitioners who have a desire to learn more about ethics, and importantly for those who DID NOT take part in the MSc one day Ethics module (either online or in person 2024 or 2025) which was delivered by Dr Benita Mayhead. This masterclass will include some of the content from the MSc programme, and will be a healthy balance of theory, research and practice.
