Description
Sarah Perugia has a passion for helping people present themselves with confidence. She uses positive psychology and her background as a professional actor, to help move people from fear to enjoyment. She likes to consider the following questions:
What is the story you want to tell when you present yourself?
Why does body language matter?
How can you manage nerves under pressure?
What will help you make a positive impact?
This masterclass will introduce a selection of key tools. We will explore the importance of body language and breathing. We will also share positive mindset exercises and self-management techniques that will help you manage your nerves, feel grounded and in control – and help you grow your confidence too.
These tools will help you build professional relationships with assurance, clearly and confidently express your ideas and opinions, and increase your impact and power to influence and make the most of new career opportunities. The toolbox can be applied to formal presentations or pitches, sharing ideas in meetings, interviews or even networking.

Who is this for

Sarah Perugia

Sarah Perugia is an executive leadership master coach, leadership development specialist and global speaker. She is a whole-person leadership transformative specialist, expert women in leadership coach, and campaigner for gender equality. Over the last two decades, she has worked with diverse teams and individuals across the globe, empowering them to advance their careers, build confidence, enhance performance and, ultimately, flourish and thrive.
Her background as a professional actor uniquely positions her to teach leaders about presence, communication and confidence – skills she honed on the stage that are crucial in the boardroom. Alongside her extensive coaching qualifications and accreditations, she is also a neuro-linguistic programming practitioner and trained in positive psychology and strengths-based coaching. She has a long track record of bringing a whole-person approach into her leadership development work, achieving incredible results for both teams and individuals.
