Description
Pricing your coaching services can be one of the most challenging aspects of building a coaching business. It’s a topic that comes up time and again in the Henley coaching community - and last year, when Alison Haill spoke about packaging your services, the response was overwhelming.
Now, Alison returns with a brand-new session that brings together three essential elements for growing a sustainable coaching practice: pricing, packaging, and sales conversations.
If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable talking about money with potential clients, or found yourself offering ad hoc discounts just to close a deal, this session is for you.
Alison will guide us through how to:
- Rethink your pricing strategy so it reflects the true value of your work
- Design packages that make sense for both you and your clients
- Approach sales conversations with confidence, clarity and authenticity
This isn’t about pushy pitches or hard selling. It’s about creating enjoyable, useful conversations that help clients make informed decisions - and help you feel good about the process.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your approach, this session will offer practical insights and tools to help you build a coaching business that feels aligned and sustainable.
