Vicki Murray

Joining the panel is Vicki Murray, Programme Director of the Senior Leader Apprenticeship | Future Leaders

Vicki has over 20 years of experience as a manager and senior leader in a variety of educational settings with a specific focus on leading change and raising performance.

Vicki Murray holds a MA in Leadership and Management alongside a PCGE.

In her last leadership role as Director of Curriculum and Quality, she was a member of the executive that worked with the board of governors over an eighteen-month period to plan, support and implement a successful merger with another educational institution.

She has worked in Degree and Higher Apprenticeships for five years in programme delivery, quality and compliance roles. This ranged from developing new ways of working, implementing fundamental change, and providing training to staff at all levels whilst supporting apprenticeship quality improvement and enhancement throughout the learner journey.
