Description
With estimates of the numbers of dark triad employees and bosses ever increasing, many of us will work with a toxic individual over the course of our career. These relationships can be extremely difficult to manage and can result in damage to wellbeing, mental health and career. This webinar will explore how to recognise when you’re in a toxic relationship and how to identify your own hot spots that may be being manipulated. We will also look at how to take a systemic view on factors in the organisation that might be influencing the ability of the toxic individual to play their game, and how to manage these. Finally, we will consider how you heal following a damaging and toxic relationship.
