Description
“The critical role that a team leader plays in high-performance team coaching and change is one of the most significant things I learnt from this experience.” Michael, team leader.
A team leader’s role, by nature, has disproportionate influence, even within the most collaborative and self-directed environments. In team coaching the team leader’s attitude, stance, behaviours and mindset significantly impact on the entire engagement.
Using a real case study as the basis of insight, this webinar invites you to step into the shoes of Michael, the team leader. We learn from his learning, what he found valuable and challenging and, most importantly, we hear what Michael would do differently if he could go back in time.
The case study is drawn from Helen Zink’s book, Team Coaching for Organisational Development: Team, Leader, Organisation, Coach and Supervision Perspectives.
In this webinar we will:
• hear the leader’s voice – understand what he learnt from the experience and his advice to other leaders
• consider the broader implications of insight from this case for coaching, team coaching, consulting and change initiatives
This webinar will be of value to coaches, team coaches, team leaders, human resource professionals, change agents, consultants, and anyone involved in coaching and change.
