Description
Long before modern science, Vedic philosophy described human beings as energy fields – composed of mind, body, consciousness and matter – as seen in the Isavasya and Mandukya Upanishads. These texts outlined states of awareness, including the highest: collective consciousness. They spoke of how emotional energy is stored within the mind-body system, and how detached awareness (the observer effect) influences reality.
Today, neuroscience and quantum research validate these ancient ideas: from the mind–body connection, to energy entanglement, to the impact of presence and perception on performance and wellbeing.
In this session, we’ll explore how these timeless principles can inform a spiritually intelligent coaching practice, supporting deeper awareness, transformation and performance in self and others.
