Assessing the value of KM is a perennial question which doesn’t appear to generate satisfactory answers. However, this is often because value is defined by the receiver, not the giver, and we all have a range of different stakeholders who might each have their own definitions of value. This session will be exploring considerations and approaches to finding out what the value of KM is within your organisation and supporting you to have productive conversations around this challenging topic.
