Description
What do clients really need from us as coaches, and how do we know we’re delivering it? In this webinar, experienced coach and podcast host Julie Williams shares insights from 10 years of coaching practice and intimate conversations with former clients on the Lighting Fires podcast. You’ll hear what really made a difference in their journeys, what they valued most in the coaching relationship, and where things occasionally missed the mark. Whether you’re a student, newly qualified or years into your practice, this session will build your confidence and hone your focus on what helps clients most.
You’ll leave with:
- a clearer understanding of the needs clients may not articulate
- insights into the moments and topics that create lasting change
- real examples of value-adding coaching approaches
- renewed confidence in your ability to facilitate meaningful change and light fires!
