Description
The distinctions between coaching and mentoring have become increasingly blurred recently, particularly when it comes to the support of senior executives. Yet the different behaviours involved in each discipline have a significant influence on the nature of the relationships we build with our clients.
In this webinar, Dr Andy Bird will share the findings from a recent doctoral research case study exploring the roles that coaching and mentoring play for charity CEOs. His insights will help us to think more deeply about the assumptions underpinning our personal practice as coaches and mentors, as well as clarifying the potential impact we can have when working with people in senior leadership roles.
