Henley achieves its highest global position in the QS Executive MBA Rankings 2025

Ranking in the top 35% of business schools globally in this year’s QS EMBA 2025 ranking, Henley saw an improvement in its EMBA world position with a ranking at 64 globally, retaining its place in the world top 100.

Henley also achieved strong positions in Europe and the UK, ranking 24th and 7th respectively.

Career Outcomes

Placing in the top 15% of schools globally, Henley ranked 30th in the world and in Europe’s top 20 for the career outcomes measure, which is based on two key metrics:

  • Graduates promoted: the percentage of the class receiving promotions within 12 months of graduating. Henley reported that 44% of its graduates secured a promotion within 12 months of graduating.
  • Salary increase: the average salary increase pre- and post- programme. Henley reported an average salary increase of 41.3%.

Employer reputation

Designed to evaluate the perceptions of global employers on which institutions are providing the most job-ready graduates, Henley improved on its employer indicator scores, recording its highest score since Henley’s active participation in this ranking.

Diversity

Henley improved its score in the diversity measure reporting 13 distinct student nationalities on its programme and a world ranking of #38, improving by 13 points compared to 2024.

Executive profile

Henley ranks in the world top 40 and Europe’s top 15 for the executive profile ranking, which reviews the level of work experience, management experience, and C-Suite experience typical of this programme’s students.
