Henley ranked in the world top 40 in the Financial Times Masters in Finance 2025 rankings

Henley continues its strong performance in the Financial Times (FT) Masters in Finance 2005 ranking, maintaining its place in the world top 40 (36) and remaining as one of the top UK business schools, retaining 6^th place in the UK. Henley was also ranked at number 32 in Europe, despite facing further competition this year.

As rated by its alumni, Henley placed in the UK top ten for overall satisfaction.

Alumni career progress

The drivers of Henley’s performance are in large part attributable to the alumni salary measures which account for 26% of the overall ranking outcome. The reported average graduate salary of $80,000 three years after programme completion saw Henley improve by 10 places.

This was accompanied by a salary increase of 62%, securing a world top 20 and UK number two ranking in this measure. Of those who were seeking employment, 77% of graduates were in employment three months following graduation.

Programme experience

Reflecting the international dimension of it curriculum and the opportunity given to students for exchanges and internships overseas, Henley held onto the UK number one spot for the international course experience measure for the third year running.

Henley’s performance in the diversity measures (gender and international backgrounds) of its faculty body and advisory board has remained strong and continues to record top 10 positions and a UK number one in this measure.

Henley also performed well in the sustainability measures, retaining a number one ranking for its zero carbon footprint reduction activities for the third year running. And in a newly introduced measure calculating the proportion of ESG and net zero teaching, Henley secured a UK top 10 ranking.

A total of 70 schools from around the world were ranked this year, with an additional five schools joining the ranking in 2025.
