Andrea Folashade Adekoye is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Her main research interests are on gender and workplace equality.
Before joining Henley Business School, Andrea earned her MSc International Management from the University of Liverpool in 2012. Prior to that, she studied for a BSc Business Administration at Lagos State University (Nigeria) in 2008.
