DBA Research topic: Effect of Leadership Transition Strategies on Organisational Culture and Employee Morale in Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited
Bwalmo is a supply chain and procurement practitioner in Nigeria's oil and gas industry, currently serving as Executive Director of Logistics and Procurement at NNPC E&P Limited. With a background in civil engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership, and an MBA, I have enhanced delivery on major oil and gas projects, Supply Chain objectives and achieved cost optimisation through rigorous tender management, bringing a unique blend of technical, commercial, and governance acumen to organisational leadership.
I am poised to commence my DBA program, focusing my research on leadership transitions, organisational culture, and employee morale inside state-owned firms in developing nations. My doctoral research will examine how succession planning, communication, change management, and leadership development influence cultural resilience amid structural reforms, using the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited as a case study. It seeks to connect practical knowledge and theoretical frameworks within African organisational settings.
