Cal O'Neill is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
His areas of research focus on organisational behaviours, most notably workplace coaching, leaders and teams. Previous qualifications that Cal earned include an MSc in Psychology from the University of Roehampton in 2023 and an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School in 2021.
