- Exploring Equity Among Minoritised Groups: a Multi-Method Study of Inclusion in Organisational Settings
Chantelle Nyamekye is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Through an intersectional lens, her research focuses on racial and gender diversity, minoritised social identities, inclusion and equity, examining the interplay between race and gender in shaping belongingness in the workplace.
Before joining Henley Business School, Chantelle achieved a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Design from Buckinghamshire New University in 2009 and subsequently accumulated more than 10 years' experience in the creative industries. Her involvement in global workplace design, placemaking and urban regeneration projects, such as the UK's first Jewish Community Centre and post-earthquake reconstruction in Haiti, enriched her perspective on the nuanced concept of 'belonging'.
