I am an experienced transformation consultant and interim executive with over 25 years in leadership roles across manufacturing, energy, mobility, and retail. My academic work as a Doctor of Business Administration candidate at Henley Business School focuses on the role of external managers in family business succession. Combining scientific rigor with hands-on expertise, I support SMEs and multinational corporations in navigating complex change. My research bridges theory and practice, offering insights into how interim executives can enable continuity and renewal in family-owned firms.
