Claire is Director of The Henley Partnership, a membership organisation where corporate members determine the topics which form an annual programme of short, sharp learning sessions delivered to their senior leaders and high potential managers.
Claire’s commercial background is in marketing and innovation. Her marketing experience focussed in FMCG and retail, latterly as Group Retail Marketing Director for British Airports Authority. Her innovation credentials were earned as a partner in global innovation consultancy Synectics, where she worked with public and private sector organisations to create ambitious new products and services. She gained Henley’s prestigious Masters Degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change and is an executive coach and designer of executive learning programmes for many of Henley’s global clients. Claire is now Director of Partnership Programmes.
