Daniela Lazareanu is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Her research interest centres on the area of organisational behaviour, with a focus on workplace bullying, negative and counterproductive behaviours.
Daniela completed an MRes in Social Research and Psychosocial Studies at Birkbeck University of London in 2021. Prior qualifications include an MSc in Criminal Justice and Social Work and a BSc in Psychology, acquired in 2013 and 2011 respectively at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania.
