Ellen is a Doctoral Researcher at the Real Estate & Planning Department of Henley Business School, conducting research in Property Valuation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. After her degree, she served as a Teaching & Research Assistant at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She also holds an MSc in Environment and Development and an MSc in Real Estate Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and University of Reading respectively. Her job experience spans from collateral management to estate management and development. She has also served as a Research Assistant on a World Bank Project on the topic “Review of Resettlement Issues and Challenges in Bank- Funded Projects in West Africa”.(February – June 2018).
Research topic: Appraising the Appraisal; An Investigation of Real Estate Appraisal Production and Complexities in Ghana.
