Fadwa Adra is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Her research interests cover organisational behaviour, social axioms, motivation, resilience and story sharing.
She previously earned an MSc in Human Recourse Management from Sheffield Hallam University in 2011. She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.
