I enjoy learning, exploring new ideas, and connecting with people across cultures. Outside of academics, I like reading, traveling, and finding inspiration in everyday experiences.
I am a doctoral researcher with a background in business analytics, business intelligence, and digital governance, supported by professional experience in government, industry, and academia. My academic interests focus on digital governance, citizen inclusion, and the social impacts of emerging technologies, particularly how institutions can design adaptive approaches that promote both efficiency and equity.
