Irina Turaliyeva is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.

Her research interests cover the fields of leadership, coaching and finance, specifically in Kazakhstan and the UK.

Irina earned her MA in Banking in Transition Economies at the University of Reading in 1999, along with an MA in Economics from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting (KIMEP) University, Kazakhstan, in 1997. At undergraduate level, she was awarded a Diploma in Psychology (with Distinction) from the Kazakhstan National State University, Kazakhstan, in 1994. Additionally, she is qualified as a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Chartered Financial Analyst with the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.
