Jelena Peric Kljajic is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Jelena's research interests are in the fields of employee satisfaction and engagement, aging and organisational crisis management, particularly within the healthcare sector.
In 2015, Jelena achieved an MSc in Healthcare Administration from the Univeristy of Dakota, USA, and in 2011 was awarded a BSc in Nursing from Arizona State University, USA. She is also qualified as a professional nurse.
