Jelena Peric Kljajic is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.
Jelena's research interests are in the fields of employee satisfaction and engagement, aging and organisational crisis management, particularly within the healthcare sector.
In 2015 Jelena achieved an MSc in Healthcare Administration from the Univeristy of Dakota, USA. She also has a BSc in Nursing from Arizona State University, USA, which she was awarded in 2011. She is also qualified as a professional nurse.
