Jonathan Ng is a Global Sales Director with extensive international experience in the AEC / construction sector and PhD candidate at Henley Business School. His research examines how AI and digital technologies can transform construction practices in developing economies, bridging global industry leadership with academic insights to advance efficiency, sustainability, and ethical innovation.

Jonathan Ng is a PhD candidate at Henley Business School, University of Reading, researching the adoption of artificial intelligence in the construction industry, with a focus on developing economies. He did a Post Graduate degree from the University of Oxford, which complements his doctoral work by strengthening his expertise in leadership and digital strategy. His research interests include digital transformation, organisational adoption frameworks, and the ethical implications of emerging technologies. Alongside his academic work, he serves as a Global Sales Director in the construction sector, bringing senior international industry experience that informs the practical relevance of his research.
