Mo Kashmoula is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.
His research interests are in the areas of leadership, entrepreneurship and academic spinoffs.
Mo's academic qualifications include an MRES from Kingston University Business School in 2016 and an MBA from the same institution in 2015. Prior to that he also earned his BSc in Computer Science at the University of Al-Rafidain, Iraq, in 1999.
Other notable achievements include qualifications in Problem Solving from the Berlin School of Economics and Law, Germany, and Responsible Management from the IILM Institute for Business and Management, India, both in 2014. Mo also earned a qualification in Complaint Handling from Lloyds Banking Group in 2012.
