I'm a research enthusiast with a strong interest in customer experience. New technologies fascinate me, and I'm currently working on using AI (machine learning) to measure customer experience in a novel and impactful way. I'm a PhD candidate in Marketing at Henley Business School, University of Reading, with a background in Entrepreneurship (M.A., University of Tehran) and Strategy (MBA). Alongside my academic work, I’ve spent several years in the industry, leading business development and strategic partnerships in fast-paced tech environments.

My research examines how to measure customer experience in real-time using AI and speech analysis. I’ve had the pleasure of teaching marketing, branding, and business to undergraduate and international students at Henley Business School and Oxford University (Oxford Royale).

I'm passionate about blending research with real-world impact, and always curious about new ideas at the intersection of emerging technologies and customer-related areas such as behaviour, experience, and satisfaction.
