Priscila Moraes Filetti is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Her research aims to investigate the mechanisms behind group coaching and its effectiveness in supporting women's professional growth. She is particularly focused on leadership development, with an emphasis on women's career advancement and gender parity.
With over a decade of professional coaching experience, Priscila has worked with private clients across Brazil, the UK and the US, specialising in leadership development, career transitions, team building and goal achievement. Her coaching expertise is grounded in a 12-year corporate career with multinational companies such as Procter and Gamble, Telefónica and Saraiva’s online bookstore, where she gained a strong foundation in leadership and management through roles in research and development, production, quality assurance and marketing.
Prior to starting her PhD course, Priscila earned a Distinction in her MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School in 2023. She also qualified from Henley Business School with a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and Postgraduate Qualification in Neuroscience and Psychology for Behavioural Change, picked up a Masters in Finance and Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil) and was awarded a BSc in Biochemistry and Pharmaceutical Science from the University of São Paulo (Brazil) in 1989.
Priscila has additional certifications in Performance Coaching from the Coaching Academy and Neuro Linguistic Planning from the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming. She is also an accredited coach at Senior Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and trained in team coaching, positive psychology and Gestalt approach for coaches with the Performance Coach Leadership consultancy.
