Xinrong Jiao is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Her research interests lie in the field of leadership, with a specific focus on the interaction between boards of directors and top management teams. She takes a particular interest in studying enterprises in China.
Xinrong completed her graduate studies at Cape Breton University, Canada, where she qualified with an MBA in 2021. She then gained two years of work experience after graduation.
