Yixuan Xiao is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Her area of research covers the decision-making differences among middle-level leaders in different industries, exploring whether digital tools provide a material foundation for remote work or future work modes.
At Masters level, Yixuan took an MSc in Management at Henley Business School in 2025. Before joining Henley Business School, Yixuan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management (Internal Auditing Education Partnership) from Nanjing Audit University, China, in 2023.
