Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation
Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation, led by Professor Yelena Kalyuzhnova, is one of five academic departments within Henley Business School at the University of Reading.

Leading research and teaching in leadership, HR, and organisational studies
Home to several research centres, the Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation department has stood at the forefront of teaching and research and continues to help define the research agenda in the fields of:
- leadership
- knowledge management
- social and organisational studies
- human resources
- and reputation.
The department contributes to the full range of Henley Business School's offering, including undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, the world-renowned Henley MBA and its executive programmes.
We also provide PhD opportunities and funding for high quality doctoral candidates from all over the world, and provide a highly sought after DBA programme for those in employment at senior positions.
Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation staff regularly gather for research seminars, away days and continuing professional development sessions. By gathering to share best practices, professional behaviours and perspectives on how to thrive in an academic environment, staff address and explore wider strategic aims for both the department and Henley Business School as a whole. The department's strong relationships have helped foster an atmosphere of striving for excellence whilst supporting colleagues' development and delivering teaching and research that make a real world impact.
