Welcome to our community
The Henley Centre for Coaching is a vibrant learning community where coaches across the world connect and learn collaboratively.
It is a space for sharing ideas to develop new thinking and practice in coaching. We provide professional development for coaches through an ongoing and evolving array of programmes, events and activities.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced coach, we offer programmes to suit you. Each programme is delivered in a workshop format, enabling you to practise new methodologies, tools and techniques. We also provide ongoing feedback and supervision to support you in developing confidence and self-awareness.
Research and Knowledge Exchange
The Henley Centre for Coaching delivers high quality, independent and critical insights that get to the heart of why organisations and individuals should choose to engage with coaching. We continually question how coaching can be used to make a positive contribution to society.
Henley Live is our virtual learning platform - a space where nearly 2,000 Coaching Centre members can connect with each other. Keep up to date with the latest in coaching through online resources such as our In Conversation series, best-practice guides, webinar recordings and mini-courses.

Continued Professional Development
Our webinars, masterclasses and conference hold CPD credits with professional coaching organisations.
A Henley Centre for Coaching webinar is eligible for both the ‘Coaching Thought Leaders Webinar Series’ AC CPD hours scheme (1 hour) and the ‘Coaching Development Webinar Series’ ICF-approved Continuing Coach Education (CCE) programme (1 unit).
Most of our programmes award postgraduate qualifications from the University of Reading. They are variously accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), enabling you to progress towards individual coach accreditation with these bodies.
Coaching Annual Awards
We are keen to encourage, support and recognise work across our field. The Annual Awards are an opportunity to identify ground-breaking coaching research and writing, as well as outstanding contributions to the field.
