Description

How can we, as coaches, champion neurodiversity in our practice so that we become more inclusive and impactful for our neurodivergent clients?

Although awareness of neurodiversity is growing, it is rarely fully understood. Katie will outline what dyslexia and ADHD actually look like, how to recognise some of the unique strengths and challenges that arise when coaching, as well as dispel some common misperceptions. Learn about the key differences in cognitive processing and behaviour, how to apply this knowledge, and take away some practical steps to tailor your coaching approach to understand and support your neurodivergent clients more effectively.

Accreditations

By attending this event live, you will receive 1 CCEU unit from the ICF and 1 CPD hour from the AC.
