Reshaping HR: What to Expect
This session will explore the new skills that will be required to AI-enable learning, onboarding and all the people processes. We must refocus on people, not tech: HR must create transparency, recourse, human accountability, leadership and skills support.
We will explore how AI impacts:
- Organisational Models
- Leadership and Decision-Making
- People Experience, Trust and the Role of HR
- Learning and Development
…. And ask the question: Where is HR going to be in all this? Leading the conversation or simply an implementation tool - or even being cut out of the equation?
Who is this for?
Senior HR and L&D professionals.
