Making the Right Decision: What to Expect
We hear constantly that leaders are increasingly struggling to make decisions. Not making a decision can feel less risky than making one and ‘failing,’ in a world where the context can be murky at best and the company’s purpose and ambition seem to be on shifting sands. What does accountability look like? How is it modelled, and in relation to what or whom? How do leaders do the right thing and make strong, commercial decisions? Says who?
Join our expert panel for an executive‑level online discussion to explore the parameters of making the right choices Insights for HR and L&D leaders shaping tomorrow’s organisations.
The big issues we will explore:
- For what and whom are you responsible – and for what purpose?
- How do you balance widely differing stakeholder viewpoints?
- How can you evaluate the possible outcomes?
- How can we make space for people to review and make considered choices?
Panellists:
- Kevin Money - Professor of Reputation and Responsible Leadership
- Adeyinka Adewale - Associate Professor of Leadership Ethics and Entrepreneurship
- Chris Shead - VP Off-trade sales, Pernod-Ricard
