Coaching Centre research wins award for Best Article in Coaching at Work

Congratulations to Jonathan Passmore and Executive Fellow Eve Turner who won the award for Best Article at the Coaching at Work conference in London this week. Their two-part research-based piece, ‘Blowin’ in the Wind’, explored attitudes to coaching supervision and ethical decision-making.
Jonathan, Director of The Henley Centre for Coaching and a runner-up last year, said: “Eve, Marta (Filipiak, research collaborator from Kozminski University) and I were delighted to win the Best Article of the Year in Coaching at Work.
“Our series of papers was based on a study of coaching supervisions from across the world. This paper focused on how supervisors worked with coaches to resolve ethical dilemmas.
“This research and other projects makes great materials which we feed into our programmes, such as the Professional Certificate in Supervision, and is what keeps our programmes at the cutting edge of evidenced based practice.”
