Coaching Competences
Following the accreditation of our Professional Certificate in Coaching, we have been researching the effect of professional qualifications, accreditation and other factors in the choices made by professional coaching companies when hiring associate coaches.

The research has revealed some interesting mismatches between the priorities that professional coach training organisations focus on, and those most of interest to the market place.
The work is being jointly undertaken by the University of Portsmouth Business School and colleagues from Henley’s Centre for Coaching.
