Dr Irina Heim invited to Deliver Research Seminar in China
Dr Irina Heim, Post-Doctoral Fellow in Organisational Behaviour and Entrepreneurship at Henley Business School, was recently invited to deliver a research seminar at the Southwest Minzu University in Chendu, China, on 21 and 22 of November 2019.

The research seminar is titled 'Kazakhstan's Diversification from the Natural Resources Sector: Strategic and Economic Opportunities'. The visit was organised by Dr Jin Gao, a recent visiting Fellow of the Centre for Euro-Asian Studies at Henley Business School.
Upon receiving the invitation Irina said:
"I was very happy to be invited and present my research about the Belt and Road initiative in Kazakhstan to Chinese academics and students. The city of Chendu is a world city with a population of 14 million and a global centre for electronics, communications, IT and fin-tech industries. I hope to expand my research on how Chinese start-ups are developing in local business ecosystems."
