Henley Business School has today launched its first global Executive MBA, an enhanced multi-campus programme to be delivered across the UK and its international campuses in Germany, Denmark and Finland, featuring a global syllabus, immersive overseas study experiences and innovative teaching based on live projects.

The course, which begins in October 2019, will bring together a diverse group of experienced and talented business leaders in a unique learning context, blending global perspective with local relevance led by inspiring faculty and practitioners.

It will include experiential learning opportunities where participants will work on challenges prevalent in emerging markets at Henley’s long-established campus in South Africa, and experience first-hand interaction with cutting edge innovation start-ups in the USA and with entrepreneurial and fast growing firms in China.

Professor John Board, Dean of Henley Business School, said:

“Today’s internationally-connected business world calls for a wider perspective, new skills and different ways of thinking. Henley’s global Executive MBA is designed to develop outstanding business leaders ready to take on the challenges of operating in today’s global economy. It develops leaders who are strong, responsible and adaptable.
Connecting people with international business perspectives and local understanding creates more resilient and adaptable leaders and the emphasis on workshops and peer-learning creates a rich learning environment”.

The global Executive MBA builds on and enhances Henley’s flagship Executive MBA, a popular and long standing programme which has been taught at the Business School’s prestigious Greenlands Campus on the River Thames for over 50 years.

Henley is one of the larger international business schools in the global market with campuses, offices and partnerships around the world, over 7,000 students from more than 100 countries and 76,000 alumni from 150 countries. It currently has 1,700 students studying on its MBA programmes worldwide.

As one of the UK’s first business schools, Henley has been developing leaders for over 70 years. It is also among an elite group of business schools to be triple-accredited – which ensures students get a high quality, internationally-recognised qualification.
