Prof. Angelique Chettiparamb participates in panel discussion on 'Land Rights and Leverage'

The panel consisted of practitioners, policy makers, GIZ officials and academics and was organized around the issue of land rights and the role of such rights in ensuring equity in distribution and a fairer access to housing. The presentation for the symposium drew upon Prof. Chettiparamb’s research of the East London Community Land Trust and their experience in the St Clement’s development, London. This research was funded by the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy in US.
