Henley secures European top 40 position in the Financial Times European Business Schools Ranking 2025
Strong performance across Europe, the UK and the Nordics highlights Henley’s global impact.
Henley has once again demonstrated its strength on the global stage, maintaining its position among Europe’s top 40 business schools in the Financial Times European Business Schools Ranking 2025, placing 37th overall.
Regionally, Henley achieved an impressive UK top ten position (8th) and continues to shine in the Nordics, ranking 2nd in the region.
These rankings reflect the quality and breadth of Henley’s educational offering, assessed across multiple programmes: Executive MBA (EMBA), Masters in Management (MiM) and Open and Custom Executive Education. Henley participates in all categories except the Global (full time) MBA.
Programme highlights
Executive MBA
- Ranked 1st in the Nordics, 4th in the UK and 19th in Europe.
- Alumni report an average salary of $188,990 three years post-graduation, with an average 51% salary increase - placing Henley 2nd in the Nordics, 8th in the UK, and 38th in Europe for this measure.
Masters in Management (MiM)
- Ranked 83rd overall in Europe.
- Alumni achieve an average salary of $54,772 three years after graduation, with an average 35% salary increase, positioning Henley 58th in Europe for this measure.
Executive Education
- Custom programmes: 18th in Europe, 3rd in the UK and 2nd in the Nordics.
- Open programmes: 19th in Europe, 4th in the UK and 2nd in the Nordics.
