Dr Selin Kudret is an Associate Professor in Leadership at Henley Business School and the Director for the British Army's Higher Education Pathway (AHEP) programme, in partnership with the UK Ministry of Defence.

She has over two decades of academic and practitioner experience, translating behavioural science into practical tools across defence, public and private sectors. She holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from King's College London.

As the Director for the AHEP programme, she leads the academic team, curriculum design, delivery and stakeholder management of four bespoke degree programmes in Leadership and Strategic Studies, serving more than 1,300 Army officers. She also conducts accreditations of the British Army's leadership career courses, including the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Commissioning Course.

Selin excels in stakeholder collaboration and managing large, high-stakes projects and was awarded a major research innovation grant by the British Council's International Science Partnership Fund. She has delivered impactful initiatives in leadership development and organisational culture in consultancy and advisory work with national and global organisations, such as Standard Chartered Bank and Chatham House.

Her research spans leadership and artificial intelligence adoption, workplace stress, loneliness and personality traits, through the lens of person-environment fit. Motivated by enriching working people's lives, she advocates a holistic approach to organisational challenges. Her work is published in leading journals such as Personnel Psychology, the Journal of Management and the Journal of Organizational Behavior and she regularly delivers keynote speeches.
