Wendy Sutherland is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Her main area of research interest is exploring the role internalised ageism plays within an intergenerational workforce and also the role of organisational equality, diversity and inclusion policies on age.
Having previously earned an MBA from Henley Business School in 2012, Wendy returned to complete an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change in 2024. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
